Our management fee is 10% of the monthly rent with a $99 minimum and a $199 maximum.

Our leasing fee is 50% of the first full month’s rent for a one year lease (75% for two or more years). If your tenants renew their lease after one year, the renewal fee is only 25% of the monthly rent.

Our annual ACH fee is $40. This allows us to quickly deposit your money into your bank account.

We help you choose the right applicant by conducting credit, eviction and criminal background checks. We verify employment and require a minimum income of 3x the market rent.

24/7 Maintenance Hotline.

Our 24/7 maintenance hotline allows us to respond quickly to any necessary repairs to your property. We want to help you maintain your investment by making repairs quickly and cost-effectively.

Stay informed about your property.

We keep you informed of all maintenance and tenant issues. You will receive a monthly owners statement that details all income and expenses. We provide annual inspections with photos documenting the condition of your property.
